Wear Resistant Additive for High-temperature Coating
Durle® JF-10 Modified Ceramic Powder is a high-performance alumina-based ceramic micropowder produced through high-temperature smelting of alumina powder, high-alumina bauxite, and other premium raw materials, followed by advanced processing technology.
With high alumina content, excellent hardness, superior wear resistance, corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity, and thermal shock resistance, JF-10 ceramic powder is designed for demanding high-temperature industrial applications. It maintains high purity and uniform particle distribution, making it an ideal functional additive for advanced coatings and ceramic materials.
Durle® JF-10 Modified Ceramic Powder is mainly used as a functional primer additive in water-based double-layer PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) non-stick coating systems.
Benefits
Improve coating hardness and mechanical strength
Improve adhesion between substrate and PTFE topcoat
Ensuring excellent thermal stability and chemical resistance.
