Durle® SI-207 Water-based polyamide-imide(PAI) resin is a high-performance resin material developed by Quark. It is engineered to meet the conventional requirements of water-based non-stick coatings, demonstrating excellent compatibility with water and other water-based resins. Furthermore, PAI resin offers exceptional high gloss, high hardness (particularly hot hardness), high wear resistance, and high corrosion resistance, outperforming comparable products currently available on the market. Additionally, non-stick coatings produced with this material exhibit a bluish tint and demonstrate strong resistance to yellowing.

APPLICATION
PAI resin is applied to formulate water-based high temperature resistant coatings. Various cookware and home appliance take PAI resin as the ideal material to produce coatings adhesives. Polyamide-imide resin is used for insulating coatings of enameled wire.
