WP-410
Durle® WP-410 PES dispersion is prepared from polyethersulfone material, which is conventionally to formulate high temperature resistant coatings for non-stick cookware. Coatings made from PES exhibits excellent hardness, corrosion resistance, and film flexibility. PES has widely applicability and demonstrates outstanding adhesion to various substrates. Key features include:
1. Exceptional thermal stability and high-temperature anti-yellowing properties, making it widely suitable for various light-colored, high-temperature resistant coatings.
2. Outstanding flexibility and melt fluidity; it can be blended with PAI (Polyamide-imide) to formulate primer coats, enhancing the resistance to steam sterilization and boiling water of non-stick coatings.
3. Excellent chemical resistance. Coatings produced with this resin exhibit high resistance to saltwater, salt spray, acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
4. Excellent compatibility and water dilutability. This resin is compatible with the vast majority of aqueous emulsions and resins and can be directly diluted with deionized water. It is suitable for direct use in formulating single-coat, water-based high-temperature coatings.
5. Complies with food safety and hygiene standards such as those of the U.S. FDA and Europe.
