Durle® WP-418 is a high-performance water-based polyethersulfone (PES) dispersion designed for high-temperature industrial and non-stick coatings. It provides excellent thermal stability, anti-yellowing performance, flexibility, chemical resistance and compatibility with aqueous resins. WP-418 can be blended with PAI to improve steam sterilization and boiling-water resistance, and can also be directly diluted with deionized water for water-based single-coat high-temperature coating formulations.

Fluorine-free Cookware Coatings Solution Environmental-friendly Water-based PAI Dispersion

Durle® SI-601 Environmentally Friendly Water-based Polyamide-imide (PAI) Dispersion is an environmentally compliant high-performance resin material developed by Quark. It is engineered to eliminate EU REACH-regulated solvents such as NMP and contains no yellowing-prone materials like organic amines. Functional coatings (including non-stick coatings) produced with this material exhibit a stable bluish hue without yellowing tendencies.
