SI-3049
Durle® SI-3049 is a thermoplastic polyimide (TPI) resin produced through advanced manufacturing processes. It exhibits plastic deformation at high temperatures, endowing the resin with excellent high-temperature melt flow characteristics and adhesion properties, along with superior processability during application. Additionally, the resin demonstrates outstanding heat resistance, flexibility, and corrosion resistance.
Key Characteristics:
1. Continuous service temperature exceeding 190°C.
2. Exceptional flame resistance without requiring flame retardant additives.
3. Excellent electrical properties (low dielectric constant and dissipation factor across broad frequency and temperature ranges).
4. Superior chemical and radiation resistance.
5. Unique combination of strength and rigidity.
6. Strong adhesion to metal substrates.
※ The solvent component of this resin is NMP.
